OverviewOrdyne was originally an arcade Shoot-em-up game developed and released to Japanese arcades by Namco in 1988

Ordyne is a side scrolling shooter in which a pair of scientists must rescue the main character's girlfriend. Blasting enemies makes them drop power-ups and currency used to buy other power-ups and shields. as with any game of this type, unless you have adequate shield power, on hit and you're toast. Each stage features an end boss that must of course be defeated to progress.

Fans of the genre will have a lot of fun with this one, but I don't recommend this to novice players, as it can be quite difficult to advance.
