The game follows the storyline of the movie of the same name in a first person shooter format. Each chapter is introduced and concluded with footage from the movie.
In each chapter you are given a mission with multiple objectives, new gadgets and weapons.

There are 9 multiplayer modes for up to 4 players.

John Cleese reprising his role as "Q" from the movie was a nice touch which I wasn't expecting. No Dame Judi Dench as "M" here though I'm afraid (unlike in latter games).
