Super Runabout - San Francisco Edition (USA) ISO

 
Super Runabout San Francisco Edition is an odd game.  I don't know if it was very popular back in it's day.
You play the game from two perspectives. One perspective is as a Terrorist, and the other as the police trying to save the city from the terrorists.
The cars handle very poorly and are very hard to keep on the street. Acceleration is weird in that it burns out the tires anytime you accelerate full.
Is the game fun? Well, up to a point. I can't say it's the worst example of Dreamcast programming, but it was by far not even close to the best.
