FlashFlare says:Crime Patrol is a FMV rail shooter where the player is tasked with ridding the streets of criminals. There are two difficulty settings, "Rookie" and "Captain". You can choose from four different routes from the start of the game and from there, it's your typical rail shooting experience through full FMV performances with FMV cut-scenes in between similar to games like Mad Dog McCree. While the gameplay was nothing revolutionary, the usage of FMV for the entire game's levels was a technical marvel for its time. The game is also available for the Sega CD.
