Game Description & Reviews:
OverviewMonster Lab is a Wii and DS game developed by Backbone Entertainment. The game is described as "Pokemon meets Tim Burton". The player controls one of three professors in order to build their own monster out of a selection of 150 parts. It is set for release on November 4,2008.
Pascalito rates this game: 4/5Monster Lab on the DS is a very fun action RPG, that will present many hours of gameplay. You play as a scientist, in a quest to stop the evil Baron Mharti from completing his evil plan. To stop him, you must make your very own monster to fight against his own. The journey is not short, and you will encounter many monster before reaching the Baron. The customization in this game is absolutely amazing. You can have thousands of different combinations to make a unique monster. Although the story is lacking, the gameplay makes up for it. However, there is no online multiplayer mode in which you fight against other monster, thus resulting in a lack of replay value. Overall, you should definitely get this game, even with its flaws.
