| hitting the beach and watching the annual Ocean Shores Surf Classic. |
| But wait... someone's stolen the sand from the beach and the contest |
| is canceled! It's now up to Otto, Twister, Reggie and Sam to find out |
| that's stolen the sand and wrecked their summer! |
