This is a game that you would like to have in your collection, just because this is the very game that gave birth to the meme "All your base are belong to us".
But that is not the only reason. Zero Wing has a very nice playability, it's hit box is very precise, and movement is just right (without speed upgrades) making it easy to evade enemy shots. It offers a challenging difficulty in hard mode, making it a bit addictive (if you like challenges, of course).
You have three different shots (without the single shot): The red upgrade gives you an upgraded version of the single shot, the blue upgrade gives you laser shot, and the green upgrade gives you a homming shot.
The objective is the same as every other shoot'em up, just kill and don't be killed.
