tamh rates this game: 4/5Several times during Sonic 2 development features and maps were added and removed, and among those changes several prototype versions were sent up to different magazines and TV channels to get exposition for the next Sonic game.
Knuckles in Sonic 2 Long Version is a modification to Sonic and Knuckles + Sonic 2 created to add those removed maps and features, and recover them from being lost in memories. It contains all the same levels on Sonic 2, with those lost maps added as they were reimagined by Hachelle-Bee.
Being longer than Sonic 2, this is very hard to complete, nevertheless, it's a good endurance test and a beautiful one too.
This special edition was made from the Knuckles on Sonic 2 special version (that's created from plugging Sonic 2 on top of Sonic & Knuckles), thus lets you play fully with Knuckles.
So, go grab it, and experience those lost levels reimagined now!
