Mighty Morphin Power Rangers - The Movie is the title of four different video game adaptations of the film of the same name, which were released for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System(SNES), Sega Mega Drive/Genesis, Nintendo Game Boy and Sega Game Gear. While the games were ostensibly based on the film, they also featured characters and plot elements from the second season of the original TV series. Like the previous game versions of the original Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, none of the four versions of the movie game were ports of each other.

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers - The Movie is a game based on the movie. It is a side-scrolling beat 'em up. You start out as the power range you choose in human form. As you collect thunder-bolts, you will raise up your morph meter. Once it is full, you can morph into your power ranger form. This will give you an added boost in strength and speed. You are able to choose from the six different power rangers. The levels are long and there is some nice detail. Overall MMPR- The Movie is a decent brawler game.
