Crayon Shin-chan - Arashi o Yobu Enji (Japan) ROM

Action platformer with various minigames. It has great visuals and the original voice acting for a few punchlines. Gameplay is, however, very bad. The attack (when playing the story) takes too long, so you get hit before being able to hit anyone with it, and there's way too many enemies for a first level. The key response is slow in the minigames, and in some games you get dialogue while you are playing them, forcing you to stop and press the confirm button to keep playing.
