Clock Tower (Japan) ROM

Clock Tower for the SNES is a point and click game, and one of the first big steps into the survival horror genre. The game was released in 1995, and it never had an official release outside of Japan. However, several fan translations exist for the game.

Our protagonist is Jennifer Simpson, an orphan who, along with her three friends, gets adopted by a wealthy man named Simon Barrows. The game begins with the girls walking towards the Barrows mansion (wich is named "Clock Tower") with a woman named Mary. After arriving in the mansion, Mary sets off to find Mr. Barrows, but she takes an unusually long time. Jennifer goes after her, but as soon as she steps into the other room, a scream is heard. She goes back, but only finds a dark room with no one in it.

The game has multiple endings, meaning that your choices matter. I'm not gonna give away more of the story, so if you're interested, go and play it. If you're a fan of survival horror, you're gonna like it.
