You play as the titular superhero, whose superpower is that he just so happens to have Type 1 Diabetes. Yes, I'm serious. Your goal for each level is to fight anthropomorphic junk food while eating regularly and keeping your blood sugar at a safe level. You may also have to check your feet (or, as the game itself puts it, "check you feet") for sores and blisters.
The Mighty Galvatron says:This a game about a super hero with diabetes. You go through each stage avoiding enemies and eating the right foods to keep you healthy. In between levels you have to check your blood sugar levels and inject the right amount of insulin.
