Although It was Never Released for North America due to SCEA Didn't Accept this Game, Until Ignition Entertainment Published Europe Version.

Here's Some of Changes when It was Made into this Checklist:
- All Characters has been Returned from The King of Fighters 2002 (With Exception to K9999), But Saisyu Kusanagi and Jhun Noon has been Added into Roster
- Console Version Adds Seth, Angel, May Lee, Kusanagi and Omega Rugal as Unlockable Characters that Can be Only Fought in Endless Mode.
- Introduced Three Gauge Systems (Super Cancel, Guard Cancel and MAX2)
- Each Stage now Uses Unique BGM, Instead of Team's BGM thats You're Fight Against at Them.

For Some Reason, Since The King of Fighters NeoWave is Actually Better than The King of Fighters 2002. Gets Your Hands for this One!
