OverviewZone of the Enders: The 2nd Runner is a sci-fi action-adventure game produced by Hideo Kojima. The game features fast-paced mech battles and a very elaborate story.
Josh says:Zone of the Enders: 2nd Runner is a sequel to the Play Station 2 launch title. It picks up shortly after the first ZOE and follows the character Dingo.
This game features anime-style mech combat. The mechs disregard gravity and the franchise is known for its fast-paced, aerial combat. In both games, the controls, camera-angles, and style were critically accliamed. However, 2nd Runner greatly improved on mission variety, game length, and the storyline.
Gameplay involves powerful and diverse weapons. The controls make it extremely simple to swap the games "sub-weapons" as well as shift from ranged to melee combat.
This is easily one of my favorite games of all time and 2nd Runner is everything the Original ZOE was not.
