Dead to Rights is the best alternative there is to Max Payne on the PS2. The game offers the great shooter gameplay with a bonus of a excellent story about a Cop named Jack who is framed for murder.

Released in 1994, this version of Jeopardy! Includes voice acting, and actual actor FMV. It's just so corny it works, and it's a nice improvement over the genesis version. It's also affordable title

Ford Street Racing: XR Edition is a racing game with cars from Ford with a decent (but not amazing) number of vehicles to drive and a competent gameplay. Not the best racing game in the system, take it only if you really like Ford I suppose.
