Vulcan is a turn-based strategy game based on the defense of Tunisia by Axis forces during world war2.
The name 'Vulcan' comes from the name of the actual military operation to defeat and remove all remaining Axis forces left in africa, prior to the Allies invassion on sicily then italy during 1943.,
The game runs several senarios, from the short (maybe 30 mins) to the long (taking up to 12 hours to complete). This was quite long for gamesw of the day.
The 128k version alows the game to be tweaked with various "what if" scenarios running concurrently with the games missions. These can give you more (or less) supplies, troops and air power.
A truely brilliant game.
