Rex Ronan - Experimental Surgeon (USA) ROM

This game has to be one of the WORST platforming games on the SNES. With god awful stilted controls, difficult aiming schematics, a shitty premise and a disgustingly pretentious and preachy attitude, the game makes my brain hemmorage just thinking about it.
You are Rex Ronin. You are shrunk down to a tiny level, in order to eliminate cancerous material from someone's body, thanks to smoking. The game has you cleaning teeth, and shooting at stationary cancer. That's it. That's the whole damn game.

Awful, don't play it, end of story.
