szunyzoli99 rates this game: 4/5Dragon Ball Z Hyper Dimension is the last fighting game released for the SNES in 1996. Like it's predecessors, the game never got released in the US, but it was released in France. The game was different from the other games in the Butouden series, main difference being that the HP and Power bars are gone, instead, characters health is measured by a number system from 1 to 999, which can be charged during battle. The Story Mode is rather inaccurate at times due to the lack of characters.
The story starts at the end of the Frieza saga (the first fight of the game is against Frieza), and ends with Kid Buu being destroyed. In addition to the Story Mode, there are three different modes as well; Versus Mode, Tournament Mode and Practice Mode. Versus Mode is a one-on-one match between two players, or one player and the CPU, Tournament Mode is a tournament between 8 players (or CPUs), and Practice Mode is a fight between the player and the CPU, where no damage is dealt (basically a mode made for practicing your skills).
