Beauty and the Beast (USA) ROM

Based on the wildly successful Disney Film, Beauty and the Beast is the Super Nintendo game that attempts to capture the look and feel of the movie. Graphically, this game is stunning, and exhibits some of the best Disney/Nintendo art of its time. Musically, it also captures a great deal of the spirit of the film, albeit without the voice work that won B&B the Oscar. Unfortunately, B&B's gameplay is mediocre at best, devolving into a standard jump and run style of game. It's fun, but ultimately forgettable. Especially if you have seen the movie more than twice.
