Cabela's Big Game Hunter is a hunting simulator for the PSX. This game has 2 different game modes and many different animals to hunt for. You have many weapons and a decent assortment of equipment to track down and claim your prey. This game is the first of many editions and was good for the time it was released in. The forests are large and trying to complete career modes can burn a few hours of your life if you are into hunting like that. I found this game to not stand out in any category by which gamers rate a video game... This is still a fun game to play though and I would recommend it to hunter types that love gaming but may not enjoy hunting sims that are too technical as this game's mechanics are pretty simple. (I personally lost a week of my life trudging around in different forests shooting game :) lol)
