Romance of the Three Kingdoms VIII (Europe) ISO

Based off of one of China's most famous novel and historical period, this game let's you play as an officer of 200A.D China with the goal of unifying it under one banner.
For that you can play as the mighty ruler or content yourself with being prefect, viceroy, petty officer or even an unaligned Ronin that just winesses events unfolding.
You can pick from 700+ officers, each with their own stats and skills, or create 100 officers of your own volution and create your own forces with them. Then pick from 51 maps based off of different periods in the novel to start playing.
Gather your troops, develop your city, forge alliances and conquer other's territories for control of the nation. Choose your own Liege or switch from force to force as the circumstances demand.
While it has some glaring issues such as a slow battle screen and a very, very dumb A.I. that stalls the conquering of China, if you had to take just one game to a remote island, I'd recommend this one.
It's that good.
