Dat Boi Pape rates this game: 3/5All Star Pro Wrestling is a Japanese professional wrestling video game that was published by Square and was Released in the year 2000. The game featured wrestlers such as Jyushin Thunder Lyger, Keiji Mutoh (who also has his other gimmick The Great Muta in game) Masahiro Chono, Hiroyoshi Tenzan, and others. It also has the title of the first wrestling video game released on Playstation 2. It sold over 185,000 copies in Japan in the year 2000, 107,331 units sold in it's first week in Japan, it was 63rd best selling video game of the year 2000 in Japan, and got a 31 out of 40 by Japanese magazine Famitsu. It was praised for its graphics, but was commonly criticized for its complex control system.
