OverviewApe Escape: On the Loose is a PSP port of the original Ape Escape for the Playstation. The major differences include better graphics and altered controls due to the PSP's lack of a second analog stick.
FlashFlare rates this game: 5/5Ape Escape On the Loose is a remake of the original PS1 classic 3D platformer with updated graphics and re-dubbed voice over. As Spike, players must catch a certain number of monkeys in each stage to progress and stop the monkeys from changing history. The mini-games and general control scheme have been changed along with a few other minor differences, but it is otherwise the same amazing game it was on the PS1.
