Side Arms - Hyper Dyne is a side scrolling space shooter that has the player in a mechanized Battle flight suit, and shooting enemy vehicles while collecting a variety of power-ups, and reaching a boss for each stage. The neat part about this one is that the 1 button fires forward, and the 2 button makes the Mech turn and fire backward. Therefore, it goes without saying that attacks come from all directions. There are a lot of games in this genre but I think this is one of the most fun to play and fans of the genre will love it.
