Artist Tool (Japan) ROM

For an avid artist like me, this is highly subpar. However it is a fun little drawing game with easy to understand controls and tools. Whereas I would recommend this to someone who just likes to doodle on occasion, some decent artwork CAN be produced with the tools it possesses. It is similar to Mario Paint, though in some ways better. (Mainly concerning controls) It wasn't designed for exporting of images which is why this would have fallen short for me even around its release. However nowadays we have screenshot capabilities so the art produced COULD be exported and shared. I plan to keep this around for the purpose of rough drafts as the controls are QUITE accurate as opposed to a standard mouse.
