kt3 rates this game: 5/5This is the original sequal to Super Mario Bros. and was released over in japan only. They deemed this game too hard for americans to play it and it was never released here in the US. Very few chenges were made to the sprites or backgrounds and a poison mushroom was implemented as well which would either shrink you to regular mario or kill you. you can also choose to be mario or luigi. luigi can jump higher than mario but it takes longer for him to stop. This game was however, was later released on Super Nintendo's super mario all stars, and called it the "lost levels."
