It's another one of those really bad bootlegs by super pig. It's basically like table tennis except you play against a wall. If your ball hits a block part of the ecchi (Japanese word for erotic) picture appears. The game play is bad, the sound is bad (and I don't even think super pig made the song), and the graphics are ok. You can always tell if a ROM is a bootleg if it has (unl) in the title.
