10-Yard Fight (USA, Europe) ROM

10-Yard fight is a little strange. It is probably an advance over the Atari 2600 football games (such as Realsports Football), but not in every way. There is a strange arcade system of scoring, where a touchdown counts as 5000 points, for example. Players also make odd noises when they walk. The game plays somewhat similar to the first Atari 2600 Football game, in that it is vertical scrolling. It does offer the ability to pass the football and make a somewhat realistic kick. It does not allow for a realistic football game to occur, however. This game was thoroughly outclassed when Tecmo Bowl was released for the NES.
