As in other Harvest Moon games, the objective is to farm crops and raise animals. Also like other games is the marriage system. There are a total of 5 bachelorettes and bachelors to choose from.

New to this game is the Bazaar. Here, the player can sell any of his items to people from the city. Mayor Felix will present the bazaar's profit goal and, the day after the bazaar, the rankings for the most profitable shop. If the player ranks in the top 3, he earns a prize. - Wikipedia Entry

After reaching the goal certain times, Felix will announce that the bazaar will have more shops.
Characters also from Harvest Moon: Sunshine Islands will also appear in this game as well.

Another Harvest Moon games franchise on NDs. The concept of this game is still original (farming, raising animals, and of course, marriage). In this game, it introduced a new system, called 'Bazaar'. During every weekend (either Saturday or Sunday), player can open up a stand and sell his/her items. Also, at Bazaar only, player can buy some items that can't be bought normally at Town Shop and player also have a choice to upgrade their farm or stand. Upgrading Stand will allow you to sell more items at once.
