Rakuga Kids (Europe) ROM

This quirky fighter from Konami is definitely worth your time. It features a wide assortment of colorful characters, lively humor, and enough action to make your head spin! This is also the origin of Konami's oft-used Beartank character.
 
The story is as follows: A group of kids wander into a cave and find some magical crayons. They drop one and Val, one of the kids' jerky older brother, finds it and doodles some graffiti. But just then, the graffiti came to life and jumped off the wall! The drawing Mamezo wreaked havoc, stealing and causing trouble. He and Val must be stopped! That's where the other kids come in. To face down Val and Mamezo, they draw their own characters to take them down! Then, the story's gameplay just boils down to "beat up every character you come across until the credits roll."
 
It's a 2.5D fighting game where the backgrounds are 3D and the fighters are beautifully animated 2D crayon drawings. It also features some catchy music! I promise, you'll love it!
