As promised earlier this week, I've added update packs for MAME so that you can update your set or build a new set all the way to MAME 0.155. If you're starting from scratch, use the MAME 0.151 set, it's a big download so try using the torrent option on that page to make sure you get a proper download.

Then, get the MAME update packs for 0.151 to 0.152 and 0.152 to 0.153 and so on, to bring your set up to MAME 0.155.
