How to "play" this game: Assuming you're using the default key settings hold D before the beginning of each round (all 3 of them) to avoid the ROM from stopping. Then you can either just press Z to cause no damage and lose or you can tap S and X together a few times before pressing Z, S and X at the same time to cause 300Mt damage and win.

About the game itself: You punch a mechanical punch pad that rises from the arcade machine and in turn it tells you how much Mt (megaton?) damage you were able to inflict based on your punching strength. The amusing side to it was the screen would show you an animated foe who would be slowly and amusingly injured according to the damage your punch inflicted. You had 3 rounds to cause so much Mt damage depending on the difficult and you'd see a winning conclusion if you met the quota or a losing (and humiliating) one if otherwise

This was a practically identical sequel to Sonic Blast Man, only you could also snap a digitized picture of your, or someone else's, face to punch in the game.

It was fairly popular at it's time.
