Action Fighter (FD1089A 317-0018) ROM

Action Fighter is a top down 1 or 2 player driving/action game. Controls are directional and two buttons. Up accelerates, down brakes. Button 1 activates power-ups and button 2 fires your weapon.

The game involves driving, flying and riding various vehicles along a map through 8 main map segments which only revel themselves after they have been fully explored. All the while various vehicles try and destroy you while you try and dodge and destroy them.

The vehicles available are: bike, car, jet ski, helicopter and beach buggy.

Various power-ups are available through the game which are dreopped by friendly helicopters. The power-ups are colour coded and are unlimited until you lose a life. Helicopters also drop fuel to replenish your vehicle, if you run out of fuel you lose a life.

The game has no end and just cycles endlessly through the 8 map segments. Two player mode alternates between players 1 and 2 after each life is lost.
