Game Description & Reviews:
Anonymous rates this game: 3/5Tie-Break is a tennis game with VGA arcade style graphics.
The play field is smooth vertically scrolling, following the ball's movement showing just a portion of the court at a time.
The play moves automatically into position in order to hit the ball. This is where a unique control system exhibits itself. The arrow keys are used to 'swing' the racquet back, and then released to bring it forward to connect with the ball. The time the key is held determines the strenght of the hit. The angle of the racquest *at time of connect* determines which way the ball will go.
This is almost akin to the method which Wii Sports Tennis works.
Interesting for it's control method which makes it challenging to improve skill.
