How can I pay for EP Premium?
You just have to join in doing a payment via Gumroad (just click the subscribe button!). Payments are recurring (but you can cancel at anytime!) and you can choose:
- USD 2.49 / month
- USD 12.49 / 6 months
- USD 24.99 / 12 months
At the moment we only support payments via Gumroad.
How do I log in?
After subscribing and clicking the link to complete your payment you will be returned to Emuparadise. We will INSTANTLY email you a link with sign-in details at the email address you entered during payment, please check your spam/junk mail folder in case you do not receive your email.
Please note that there is no username and password to use the service. All you need to do is click the log in link from the welcome email and it shall keep you logged in as long as you're in the same computer. Whenever you want to enjoy EP Premium from anywhere else, you can do so by clicking the initial link.
You are effectively logged in to EP Premium when you see no ads on the site and there is a purple menu on the left column that reads "EP PREMIUM".
I lost my welcome email, how do I log in?
If you've lost your welcome email, please send us an email to support@emuparadise.org and we will send you another email as soon as possible.
What should I do if I don't receive my welcome email after signing up?
After checking your spam/junk mail folder, please email us at support@emuparadise.org and we will resend you the info ASAP! Please note that the log in info will be sent to the email ID you entered during checkout.
I am logged in to EP Premium but wish to enjoy faster downloads. What should I do?
We recommend trying out the different servers available at the time of download to see which one works best on your location! You can find the setting to change the server selection on the download page.
My download speeds are still the same after I signed up and I'm using EP Premium.
If you have already selected a server in your geographic region and are still experiencing slower speeds, you can use a download manager to multiplex your downloads. We allow at least 4 simultaneous connections to our servers for premium users. Using a download manager, you should be able to get four times the speed. Alternatively, you could also use the same advantage to download up to four files at once. Please note that multiplexing will only work over HTTP connections.
I keep getting a Too Many IPs error
Some ISPs tend to mask your IP and this throws off our system. Please get in touch with support@emuparadise.org and we will help you out.
How do I unsubscribe from EP Premium?
To unsubscribe, you need to go to gumroad.com and login with the gumroad username and password you setup earlier while signing up. After logging in, click on the Library icon at the top right of your screen (it's a little book). You'll see EP Premium (Free Games Access) over there, click on that and you should see a cancel subscription button. If you'd still like to cancel, please click that button. Once you cancel the payments, the service will automatically end at the end of the period that you have paid for. But still we hope you keep on supporting your favorite gaming site!
