Description:
This exe will both let you run CVGS in windows 2K and XP but will also let you add extra hacks like play from backup or Resolution changes with full screen stretch giving you the chance to use your GFX card drivers to use Antialiasing or other screen effects, (Antialiasing or other screen effects can't be controled by the emu or this file your hardware has to have these options, older/cheaper GFX cards don't have those options)
