Arena is the first game in the Elder Scrolls series. Jagar Tharn, an imperial battlemage, has imprisoned the emperor of Tamriel, Uriel Septim in another dimension. The player assumes the role of a prisoner, who must travel around Tamriel to find and collect the pieces of the shattered Staff of Chaos, and rescue the Emperor. Arena is a fantasy-based action role-playing game, played in a first-person perspective, with a customizable character, spell creation and much more features.
