Looks like a soccer manager written in BASIC for the Commodore 64. It's saved in TAP format, which means you can run it in one of the following ways: 1. Use an emulator, such as WinVICE, to run the file. 2. Find a TAP to WAV converter and record the .WAV file onto a cassette tape, after which you can play it using a real Commodore 64 computer. 3. Use a Commodore 64 in combination with a cartridge capable of reading SD/MMC cards or USB drives, such as the MMC64 or 1541-Ultimate (II).
