This is essentially Ninja Gaiden 3 the Japanese version. The major difference between the English and the Japanese carts, were that the English version contained a nearly impossible limited number of 5 continues. This is the English version, with a Game Genie/Shark hack where the number of continues left does not go down. If you've ever played a Ninja Gaiden game, this sort of thing is essential if you plan on ever beating it.
