Japanese version of Zombie Nation, a shoot-em-up with quite bizarre aesthetics. This version is slightly harder, as you don't begin the game with rapid fire. On the plus side, the character you play as is even weirder than the ghostly samurai zombie head from the western version, as unlikely as it sounds.
