This is an interactive manga. Futuristic setting with cyborgs who look like normal people (maybe they infiltrated society like Terminators? - not too sure). Yes there is some Japanese writing but there is animated backgrounds and voice acting so you might be able to get away without knowing any Japanese - or at least have the chance to be able to use google translate on the text to be able to follow the story a bit better.
