The game follows the events of the manga's Future Arc. It takes a twist and begins a unique story after Tsuna and his friends attack the Melone Base and defeat Phantom Knight. Bligganteth, head of the Millefiore's Assassination Squad, deploys his invention, the Mechanimal Beasts, around Namimori City in hopes of defeating Tsuna!
