This game is just a better version of its older brother(FE - Shadow Dragon) if you can find a translation or a simple english patch and maybe a guideline to help you with its new features I advise doing so, because missing out on such an amazing game is just embarissing! This is so great because, you get to create your own character, change classes, and enjoy the brain-turning levels you are about to experience! Try it out, trust me, its just so great!
