Set on an earth where a global arms corporation has started attacking countries in a bid for world domination. The only hope comes from a lone pilot flying his super charged, specially equipped plane. This is a fast paced 'shoot em up' where 90% of the time is spent bashing the shoot button, just what you want from this genre. Dodging incoming fire and a continuous hammering of the fire button is about as much thought you'll have to put into playing this. Fortunately the simplicity of the game is totally made up by the addictablity of it. The sound track is pretty good with some epic 16 bit tracks that really absorb you into the game play. Especially the music on the first level, you get kind of pumped up by it "yeah I'm gonna kick some evil corporation ass!" is usually the feeling it you get. In the game your planes on board weapons get upgraded every time you fly over a colored token. Your upgrade is lost if you lose a life and then your weapon starts back as basic. Overall a good little game to kill an hour or two on. Not too difficult, rewarding game play, bosses are interesting and good sound track.
