16 Zhang Majiang is a game released for the Sega Mega Drive only in China. Not much is known about it. The release date is unknown, but it is believed to have been released in 1992. It is a pornographic Mahjong game, unlicensed by Sega and produced by Gamtec. It was published by Sun Green. A second game -- simply named 16 Zhang Majiang 2, was later released.
