Best part of this game: they give a reason why you're starting off with nothing from Legends 1. That isn't to say the rest of the game is bad; it's just that most games forget this little tidbit, detracting from games' continuity. As for the rest, the game moves at a fairly quick pace, going from island to island with a simple common quest on each: Get to the center to find what you're looking for. For the first couple of dungeons, this is a lost family member. For the main part of the game, this is a Key that enables you to find the "Mother Lode" but ends up finding the "Mother Ship" (Elysium). Once there, you again head towards the center, but your objective has changed from finding Roll's family to saving the planet. At the end is probably the biggest cliffhanger (or planet-hanger) ever put into a game, one that has taken 10 years to be fully addressed in the form of a new game that is still only being developed. With this in mind, revisiting (or playing for the first time) this wondrous game would be a perfect way of introducing/refreshing yourself to a different, 3D Mega Man.
