This is a Kiosk Demo that was released only in Japan to promote Lucky Star Ryouu Gakusen Outosai back in 2005. Lucky Star was pretty popular back then, and the game had eventually allowed an anime to be released. Unusually, the game was originally called Lucky Star RAvish Romance (Yes, with that capitalization). The eye animations were also a bit choppier, and there are some CGs not used in the Final Game. The text boxes are also unusual, with some head close ups and some thigh-ups for icons. Some don't even appear. The game was clearly in an early state, but is fully playable in the way it is now. The internal files go back pretty far, and there's some early sprites for characters in the final game that are not used in the demo.
