Action Replay is a cheat code disc that was intended for game cheats, region unlocking, and CFW (Custom Firmware). The original Action Replay for the GameCube was far superior to the "works on Wii" counterpart since it had the ability to input custom cheat codes instead of the pre-installed ones. If you own a mod-chipped console you can burn this ISO onto a compatible disc, and run it on the system instead of spending the $60+ that it would cost on Ebay. Do note that you will need an extra memory card in the second slot to be able to run the cheats.
