The Game is GTA Clone, at the beginning of the game, you will have to some bad guys that are trying to hijack your plane, then you should find the toilet where Torrente can take a shit, you won't be able to use the first toilet, after Torrente arrives in Madrid, you will be given some tasks as a detective, and Torrente must satisfy his Grandma wishes cause she thinks that she is cursed, you will have to get license from Torrente's home before you can drive cars.
