An air combat game by Taito in 2003 made to compete with fellow air combat series Ace Combat, Air Force Delta and Aerowings. In which case, Energy Air Force's main attempt to distinguish itself was by being very much a realistic flight simulator, more so than Aerowings. In 2005, it received a sequel in the form of Over-G Fighters.
